    • We strive to display product details, images, and prices accurately. However, slight variations in color, embroidery, or fabric may occur due to photography or screen settings. 
    • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. 
  5. Orders & Payments 
    • Placing an order means you agree to purchase the selected product(s). 
    • Payments are securely processed via Razorpay and other accepted methods listed at checkout. 
    • We reserve the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, technical errors, or payment issues.
  7. Shipping & Delivery
    • We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location. 
    • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, unforeseen circumstances, or incorrect addresses. 
  9.   Exchange Policy
    • We do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide exchanges on eligible products.
    • Exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.
    • To request an exchange, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
    • The product must be unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging.
    • Exchange will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.
    • Jewellery, accessories, and customized products are not eligible for exchange.
  11. Intellectual Property
    • All images, designs, content, and branding on this site are owned by Jash Clothing and cannot be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. 
  13. Limitation of Liability
    • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. 
    • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. 
  15. Governing Law
    • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. 
    • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
